TR + SEBS

Thermoplastic rubber (TR). It is an SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) thermoplastic material with high elasticity characteristics thanks to its particular "block" structure. The great success of these polymers is due to their cheapness and ease of transformation, which allows to obtain products with aesthetic characteristics similar to vulcanized rubber.
Features:

• High springback at low temperatures and / or room temperature
• Excellent colorability
• It guarantees high hardness

Fully recyclable material, after grinding.

Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene (SEBS). The material belongs to the family of Thermoplastic Elastomers in which the elastic phase is made up of rubber and the plastic phase is generally polyolefinic in nature.
The combination of these two phases gives the following characteristics:

• Excellent resistance to aging
• Resistance to various chemical agents
• High degree of thermal and electrical insulation
• Easy colorability
• Elasticity
• Resistance to high temperatures
